This trail is awesome for runners, walkers, cyclists, etc. It is very well maintained, and runs through the city of Anchorage. We did not see salmon in the creek yet, but later in the season there will be some.

The trail is connected without needing to cross the street except one time by Lake Otis. It goes right through the city but it feels like you are in the woods riding. There are moose, ducks, geese, lakes, creeks, and great scenery all around in...More

The Campbell Creek Trail is awesome. You get to see beautiful scenery as you wind along the Campbell creek. Moose frequent the area, as well as joggers, cyclists, walkers and families out for a stroll in the woods.

This wonderful trail is located a short distance from the Alaska Wildberry product factory. It is very nice to walk and cycle in a quiet setting with a creek next to it. You wouldnot think that you are in a city.

This is a beautiful trail in the Campbell Creek watershed. It meanders through the creekside, marshes, and forests. It is well signposted ant there are also many interpretive signs. In some places, one would not know that one is in an urban area.

Beautiful trail, but it's a homeless hangout with "camps" in the woods and trash and shopping carts in the water, and not the safest feeling all around. I would have felt better if I was on a fast moving conveyance, such as a bicycle or...More

I've been here to take photos for an album cover and the pics turned out great! It would be a great spot for senior pics or engagement photos! It's also a nice walk.

Wonderful trail system in Anchorage, linking different parts of the city. Lots of wildlife, from beavers to moose. Great for biking, although it can get a little crowded at times.

I lived in Alaska for 8 years and Campbell Creek trail was central to my daily dose of outdoor life. In the winter, this is a trail groomed for skate and classic skiing. In the summer, one can stroll for miles. Be prepared to see...More

Not that I know of. If you are visiting Anchorage, there are several bike rental businesses downtown. From there, you can ride the coastal trail, the Chester Creek trail and Ship Creek trails. They are all fun rides.
