An okay indoor waterpark which can get crowded on the weekends. The slides and pools are fun. Some areas look a little tired. The restaurant is pretty average.

Yes you need to pay for the towels. If you Can take with you flipflops, normal bathtowel, swimming trunks and if you do sauna a big towel.
