This is a tourist atteaction but a very well organized one! Make your reservation before going as it is almost always full. The staff is nice and courteous. The experience is nice and happy to have visited!

Yes there are hair dryers. Not much storage for luggage. Just a locker

I am very short sighted. Am i allowed to wear my glasses in there or i have prescription goggles if they are allowed

Yes you may wear your glasses. They do warn against it but I wore mine and I did not have any damage to them.
