Great spot, with lovely views across the lake. Busy time in August but would pop back in a quieter period.

The lake views are gorgeous. We stayed in Anguillara Sabazia which was lovely. I'm not sure I would return; I prefer Northern Italian lakes. But there is a primitive charm here and it is less touristy than some lakes. I missed taking a boat ride...More

Been there for a wedding of a close couple of mine. Loved the experience entirely. Bracciano is a quaint village by the lago. A must visit.

Lake shores are made of black sand, beaches are natural, calm and perfect for true relax with few people. Water in the lake is calm, warmer than in the sea. Bottom of the lake is sandy. I come to Bracciano when I want to rest...More

A beautiful Lake, a place you can relax and have fun on the water. Only one issue is the bus from the town is not very regular. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down, but a hard walk back.

Yes of course you can. The beach is volcanic black sand and pebbles. You willneed to wear plastic shoes into the water as therer are pebbles but the water is pristine.
