I have been to a few shows and I am always so thrilled by the performances! They are hilarious, clever and engaging! Absolutely incredible and would definitely recommend to anyone who likes improv and comedy.

It is good for a few laughs and there are different people each night. This night was just okay with some funny lines. The most annoying thing was the laugh of the guy who controls the lights and music. It was so loud and obnoxious...More

We LOVE ImprovBoston. We have visited twice, and both times have been a blast! The show is the right amount of interactive, and the skits are always fresh! It is reasonably priced and very accessible via the Red Line.

We went on a whim - we had a night in Boston and it was recommended to us. The 8:00 show on a Saturday night was sold out so we went to the 10:00 show. What fun! It was inexpensive and they offered for the...More

Went with high expectations as used to British improv. American version doesn't quite hit the same standard. Mildly amusing, but wouldn't rush back. Don't think it bridges the cultural divide well

This was a fun night out. The tickets were $12.00 each which seemed very reasonable for live comedy. The show had 3 acts with one short intermission. There is a small bar to get drinks ( beer, wine and cider) and some snacks for the...More

The family show was pathetic. It took us only 15 minutes to realize it was hopeless to expect any improvement. We were so embarrassed to watch and listen to this, that we had to walk out.

I went to the 7:30 PM Thursday show expecting to get a good belly laugh, but only got a few chuckles. The disparate characters were sometimes hard to follow and understand, as the players didn't use microphones. There is definitely some talent in the group,...More

All experiences and ages perform 1 minutes monologues/ first jokes of 2016. Some where good, some where ugly, some where hysterical, but either way the host kept the show moving, so it was lively and entertaining.

This is a different and fairly brief experience (a little over an hour) of an improv comedy troupe which takes suggestions from the audience and creates over 20 short skits based on that input. They have a family-focused show also, but the general audience show...More
