The Phoenix Landing is a nice, no frills Irish-American bar. Service is polite. But most importantly, they have a bunch of TVs and show European soccer games.

Pretty good beer selection and well-priced, but the food really isn't good. The nachos were...bad. Mediocre chips that were cold, served with a sprinkling of cheese not really melted well and stale iceberg lettuce. The quesadilla...not good. The burgers...meh. Good spot for trivia on Wednesday...More

Took the kids in the afternoon to watch the 8pm ko back home and they were very welcome. Great atmosphere, good beer and nice food. Football fans from anywhere will enjoy.

If you're supporting the team against Liverpool then you might find yourself a bit outnumbered but this place is 'the place to watch football'. Whenever I'm over from the UK I watch the matches at PL and the atmosphere is great!

The Phoenix has been doing some kind of variation on '80s nights on Fridays and/or Saturdays for years. They're always a good excuse to go out for some low-key dancing to easily accessible music. No dress code, low cover, and all around a pretty good...More
