It was so much fun going through the museum. If you grew up with the Muppets, Sesame Street and the wonder of Jim Henson's imaginiation this is a must see in Atlanta.

We took our 7 year old for her birthday. I was worried my 12 year old would think the puppet show was too kiddie, however we were all blown away by the performance. It was like watching a play and a puppet show in one....More

This was my first trip to the museum. I highly recommend it for all ages. I throughly enjoyed the nostalgia of Jim Henson’s life and my 9 yr old niece loved seeing and learning about puppets from other countries. The show was about how I...More

Museum has excellent exhibits on Jim Henson and puppetry in general. Would have liked some more interactivity and some video in the general section, but it was well worth the hour we spent there.

My wife and I went there to see the Muppet exhibit. The exhibit covers Jim Henson's career from start to finish. Its amazing to see how puppetry evolved and how the Muppets evolved. Also covers his films outside of the Muppets.

Fun fact about this place...the Henson family founded it. Therefore there is a WHOLE section about Muppets! Very nostalgic for me, which I loved. There is a special exhibit section (this time was about India Puppetry) and the history of puppetry. In that section included...More

We are so lucky to house the Center for Puppetry Arts here in Atlanta. The hardest part is parking. Once you're in you'll love it.

We had an opportunity to attend the Women of the Muppet events, and had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed all the Sesame Street and Muppet displays. The seminar was really engaging, given all the behind the scenes information about one of our favorite entertainment series.
