We kayaked this river and it was peaceful with beautiful homes along the water. We saw blue herons and several turtles along the water's edge. It was a pleasant afternoon.

We have taken a boat and walked around. Lots of people visiting from other places and countries. Great history if you get a chance to explore.

We have great memories of renting canoes on misty mornings and rowing the Concord up to the North Bridge. Nice break from walking tours if you have an extended stay.
