This stop is a fairly easy on/off of I-15 in Barstow. It is a big place with a lot of visitors. Parking spots are fairly tight, and there are often bus tours. So there may be a large number of people arriving at a single time. Inside are shops, restaurants, and restrooms. It's best to avoid at busy times.

This place has many vendors with trinkets and gift type stuff. Always busy with tourists. If you come through Barstow it's worth the stop to look around, stretch your legs and grab some things for people back home.

Barstow is the midpoint between Vegas and L.A. so this is where the busses stop. If you don't mind standing in a thirty person line to get food that was made an hour before then be my guest

Nice rest stop between LA and Las Vegas, like other reviewers said: plenty of bathrooms and eateries, Panda Express, subway, McDonalds, wetzels pretzels, full liquor store and a Popeyes chicken in the same parking lot. Starbucks across the street and Burger King very close

Interesting place on main street. Has fast food places in it such as Panda Express, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds. Old railroad cars are part of the building.

The following is my opinion of my recent visit. This place is GROSS. It reminds me of a shanty town. It's basically a bunch of train cars and sheds that are connected with duct tape. If you are traveling through here, I recommend that you pack a sandwich and keep on driving.

Visited here with my husband. It's worth a quick visit as it has a couple of museums at the one stop... Route 66, Harvey House and Railway Museum (memorabilia). We didn't stay long but it was worth the stop.

Whew! Where to begin. First this place is very busy. It's hard to even park. It's hard to find an outside patch of gravel or dirt for the dog to relieve herself. Cute on the outside, and jammed on the inside with people and things for sale. Both the guys and gals restrooms where old and dirty. (Your food is... More
