I loved the museum. You learn a lot about Route 66 and its history. What a neat route. You can even drive on old route 66 outside of Barstow.

You're supposed to exit through the gift shop when leaving a museum. Here, you have to walk around a couple corners of gift shop before you accidentally run into the museum. But if you're looking for stuff with the Route 66 logo on it, well,...More

I stepped into this museum and it took me back to a time before I was born. I loved that they had a car and juke box to go with the era. I love the souvenirs shirts and all the accessories . I ended up...More

I’m glad we decided to go here! It’s a small museum but it’s PACKED full of memorabilia. No admission $$ which was nice, but we did end up spending $30 on souvenirs, which were very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend a stop here!!

There is a whole lot of interesting collectibles there in a very small space. Especially the 64 Mustang, and if I recall the color, it was called Cranberry Red. It had A/C mounted on floor, don't know if that was factory or an add-on, 6...More

Had a quick stop at this museum on our way to Grand Canyon. Was fascinating to learn about Route 66 history. Worth the stop at this free little spot along with railway museum

A plethora of exhibits in a small area, but absolutely super to view and all cared for on a voluntary basis. Well worth a visit if only for a conversation with the "curator" and his wife.

There is a lot, maybe too many, exhibits at very small place so it is quite chaotic and not easy to enjoy. I think it deserves more space and more care.

You can never get enough of the Route 66 history. This one has a lot of history around Barstow and old memorabilia from the Route 66 era. Lots of items for sale and the docent knows her stuff.
