This was a big highlight of my trip to Arizona. The park is huge and all the animals are given lots of space. Every single animal that I saw had a glossy coat and bright eyes - I think they are truly cared for. Their...More

This is not a classic zoo. These are rescue animals kept in areas with plenty of space to roam. They are well cared for by an energetic group of young people. There are opportunities for interaction with some of the animals

If you’ve ever been to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, this was a similar experience, only it seems a lot more run down but with some awesome close animal encounters without extra fees. Right off the bat, you get on the tour bus and...More

Me and my girlfriend went on a Jeep tour and zipline. The Jeep tour wasn’t exciting because we went at the end of November so the plants and flowers aren’t quite blooming (so that’s not their fault). Zipline gave us a load of adrenaline! It...More

I was afraid we were going somewhere that had animal in tiny cages. The animals all seemed healthy with enough space to roam. Of coarse they would be best in nature but that cannot always happen. Some of the animals are rescues. We payed extra...More

This is a unique and incredible experience to interact with beautiful exotic animals. They live in a natural habitat. The shows are not only entertaining but educational. A lot of the animals were rescued from various situations. Everyone should visit.

We visited to see if this was like our experiences in South Africa, and it did not disappoint -- though on a much smaller scale. It's facilities are rustic, but the adventure it offers is fun for all. Part game park, part animal rescue, it...More
