Good walk along the promenade which can be extended right through to the Javea Marina along decent footpaths taking in another promenade with more choice of restaurant and shops. Probably about 5 mile there and back.

Visited on a blustery late December day between Christmas and New Year - surprised to see how busy it was and even parking wasn’t that easy. The beach was empty and in fact there weren’t many walking the promenade - everyone was in the numerous...More

The promenade is very well maintained and therfore very safe for wheelchair users or just having a gentle family stroll down the promenade For those that want to skate board we would suggest early morning .

Lovely beach side promenade, with foot showers if you're tempted to take a detour onto the soft white sandy beach. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants to pique your interest and car parking spaces can be easily found out of season.

Nice place to have an easy stroll with plenty of places to stop for a drink, snack or meal. Always something going on and lots of other people doing the same thing.

The promenade is along a beautiful sandy beach with views of the nearby mountain. There are many very nice restaurants and also several bars, shops, and ice cream vendors. It is a great place to take a walk or have a meal.

Fun promenade along the beach with lots of restaurants, some bars and ice cream. Very touristy but really this whole city is full of other western european vacationers.

Delightful in the day time. However this area has, locally a reputation for yobbish behavior in the late evenings , so be aware.

Lovely walk along the unspoilt coastline. Plenty to see and do at each end of the bay, but the restaurants in the old town are nicer. I would recommend the restaurants on the shore . Fantastic food and atmosphere.
