The seven lakes is absolutely a wonderful charming place and worth a whole day trip, would be pretty good for camping and an attraction for photographers, i didint find seven lakes though none the less the view of the lakes in the middle of forest was outstanding, the services are a bit low, and the road is tough and far somehow, yet the entertaining as you drive on the mountain and pass through beautiful forests.
Totally recommended for one day trip.. or few more for camping.

We've spend a couple of hours in this park. We came from direction of Bolu mountain. Roads are fine with some panorama view points and locals selling their homemade products. We enjoyed the trip as much as the national park. We will definitly come back again to rent one of the wooden cabins in the park.

İmpressive beauty of nature. This place calling "Forrest sea". Great lanscapes from the Kapankaya view point really looks like Tolkien's Middleearth.İts good to make camping or treking here.
But park's cafe is bad. There was no normal food there. Road is quite bad too and sometimes dangerous. İf you are travelling by car, you must be careful and get out there before sunset.

Nice day trip from Ankara. Camping is available, but it's not very private on the weekends when there are a lot of visitors. Not much on food and it is very expensive, so bring your own! Really green and lovely. It was very clean and no grills as another review had said. parking is limited, so you may have to walk, but it's not bad. But don't leave at 5pm, when the buses seem to pull out, you will be stuck in traffic for a long uphill windy road! i definitely recommend it.

The forest is beautiful for a relaxing walk.

The only negative is the people doing barbecues all over the grass and by the large lake. Too much noise, litter all over and smoke from the grills.

We had to walk deeper inside the forest to get some clean air and get away from the noise.

it is really nice 7 lakes. The forestry is diverse and beautiful. The way to the park is really nice with changing scenery. You better have 4 by 4 car for the road. big part of road is not asphalt road. but is it diffidently worth the trouble

You can find 7 small and different lakes in here. Its nature was very calm. You can camping or make barbeque in here. Its road was not asphalt and stabilized. You should visit here with a 4*4 vehicle.

You should definetly visit the place. One of the most astonishing place you can see in Turkey. Don't even think twice or hesitate if you hear or read and negative comments. Now the roads are double lane and very comfortable. You can enjoy this wonderful place.

If you are a nature-lover and like trekking, it is the best place to see. The Yedigoller (Seven Lakes) National Park is an amazing combination of the forest and lakes. You will also have a chance to make camping.

Best time to visit is November. The scenery is outstanding. 90% of the 50km road has recently been asphalted. So the drive is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
