Good parking and paved access to two mile beach front trail, paved so fine for wheelchairs, running north past a lot of fancy resorts. Some interpretative signs about native plants, 500 year old native structure remains that were moved 800 yards to be along the trail, and whales. This made a nice walk for us on a lightly showery day.... More

Easy access parking and we were able to find a spot without a problem on several occasions. Shower near the bathroom near the beach and before the parking lot. The snorkeling here was good on a windy day. Access to the walk was easy. We also saw turtles and lots of fish.

Mellow, sandy beach, good for swimming and snorkeling. Not much surf, easy to walk out, fairly shallow. Clean and peaceful.

It is a nice beach. There is a shower, restrooms and picnic table above the beach. Most of the time there are nice waves to play in

Stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, Polo Beach right in front on hotel. Lovely sandy beach and the water was oh so warm. Unfortunately we saw more red flag days than not.

Polo Beach is a nice spot to lay out and catch some sun or to ride some little waves with a bodyboard. No lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. If in doubt, dont go out. The current can be a little strong and wind can pick up in the afternoon. The park provides picnic tables, BBQ grills,... More

Flat Sandy beach, fair snorkeling by the rocks. Morning is the calmest wave time. Bring the beach toys and have a fun family day. Parking is slightly limited. Some stairs to reach beach, not bad though. Shower by stairs to rinse off.

Polo Beach is a beautiful and very quiet beach. Although much smaller in size compared to other beaches up the coast, its sandy beach and close-by rock formation offer a stunning view. The nearby free, public parking is a plus. However, we did take note of the nearby flag warning for jelly fish. Overall, Polo Beach is recommended for its... More
