The beach path is one of the highlights of the location, especially around sunset or at night. It is a great place to walk for stargazing, and lets one walk between the different hotels fairly easily. Take at least one opportunity to walk along it...More

During our recent stay in Maui, we had access to the Wailea Beach Path. My husband and I walked this path each morning and night. This path runs along the backs of the hotels in Wailea along the ocean. The views from this path were...More

Beautiful path and walk along the beach. We stayed at the Hotel Wailiea...every morning I would walk down a long hill and vary the route each to include the beach walk. Beautiful and good exercise...especially on the return hill climb.

We explored all of the competition from other hotels on this walk as we made our way down the beach from the Andaz resort to the Four Seasons. Its a great way to see the place.

Great path all along Wailea beach. Can be a bit hilly but its a great stroll. Seeing the resorts along Wailea is great people watching but the star is the beach, the sea and the flowers that line the edge.

We walked this path twice, and it was enjoyable both times. Amazing view, with a selection of local flora. It is not strenuous at all, and there are benches you can sit on if you wish to rest. The wind does get strong at times.

Right next to Wailea Beach is the path that’s one of the things you don’t want to miss when you are here. There are lots of resorts, bars and perfect opportunities for the photography enthusiast. The part is pretty long and if you want to...More

It was overcast and WINDY the day we visited. The beach is narrow and crowded. Fair amount of parking and bathrooms and showers is a plus.

To walk along the beach at waters edge is difficult due to the areas of lava rock that you are unable to get by. If you stay on the path (which runs along the beach, the path is a little over a mile). It runs along the... More

It's paved from the south end of Wailea to the Andaz Resort, about 3 miles I believe. After Andaz you have to walk on the beach.

Yes, the path is all along the ocean side of the hotel. The path runs about 1.5 miles to the south, and maybe about 1 mile to the north when starting from the Marriott. Going south you'll pass a number of other resorts (Four... More
