Once the site of Utah Territorial Prison, this park is a lot more pleasant today, with a gently rolling landscape great for running.

What more can you ask for? Spacious grass acres for picnics, games, sports, walking. Views of city and mountains with pond in the center. Fireworks on the 4th. Easy access.

Feed the ducks, waLk around the pond, play in the stream, have a picknic, use the sports equipment, and on thr 4th of July, watch the fireworks!

Very crowded and popular place to jog, bike or walk. Nice pavilions to reserve for a BBQ or whatever.

This is a nice wide-open walking park, welcoming to dogs and ducks; but it is especially nice for fireworks on summer holidays, and sledding in winter snow.

This is a great place to go for a jog or to walk your dog. It's conveniently located in the heart of Sugarhouse with lots of grassy areas.
