I have been here several times to conduct research at the state archives. The staff is always very friendly. There is a pretty good Mexican restaurant in the building as well. The only downside is that the building is near a homeless shelter, because of this, transients frequent the bathrooms and public spaces.

We visited the offices of the Utah State Historical Society. The society cares for thousands of the states photographs, books, manuscripts, maps, newspapers and periodicals. It is located at the historic depot of the Denver Rio Grande and Western Railroad which was built in 1910. The library now is in that historic building. It is one of the grandest old... More
