Absolutely worst experience of a haunted house ever. The lines are very misleading and you can't see what the wait is until you've already paid and they won't give you your money back. They have a sign out front that says what the wait is,...More

We bought our tickets, and the whole time we were in line wishing we could get refunds. We hoped it was worth the wait, and it definitely wasn't. The actors were poorly dressed and terrible at their jobs. I didn't get scared once, not only...More

Bought tickets online and got a discount. Bought VIP tickets which was supposed to get you into a shorter entrance line. Mass chaos ensued once we arrived and got inside because no one seemed to know which line was the VIP line and which ones...More

Thank you Bill for your feedback. We are making changes for the 2016 season that will hopefully speed up our weekend lines. We will also have a separate entrance for customers that already purchased their tickets online so that they can avoid having to wait...More

I purchased the general pass online and waited for two and a half hours in the rain. I am never going to Fear Factory again due to the misconception of the lines. Before entering the attraction there was no way to see how much of...More

I went to this haunted attraction again this year and I was seriously blown away! In fact, I liked it enough that I returned for their blackout event. I was impressed with the overall length, and it seems like they were trying to scare me...More

Went to the Fear Factory the other night, had fun, the sets were great, but some of the actors had a hard time staying in character, and there were a lot of repeat scares like the actors would work one room, go to another room...More
