Only if you have small kids. This is otherwise a very nice children’s museum. If you’ve been to college there’s nothing in here you will not already know. We went because the reviews said it was on par with the field museum in Chicago. Nothing...More

A nice Natural History museum. I have been to plenty and this one rates slightly higher than the middle of the pack. Did not see handicape aids, a lot of the exibits were geared for younger people so bring your children.

The museum was great. They did a fantastic job of integrating child activities with adult activities and information to entertain your kiddo while you can read facts.

We are from Chicago, so spoiled by The Filed Museum, but this museum was still quite nice. It had an especially nice collection of dinosaurs, including parts of the Utah Raptor, as well as an interesting Native American section. The docents were helpful and friendly.

I loved this museum for it's variety of exhibits but I particularly liked the extensive collection of dinosaur bone fossils that easily exceeded anything we'd seen in the past. Both my husband and I wished our kids were still little and could have seen this...More

The reviews don't indicate that the Museum is really a children's interactive experience. I went to see the dinosaurs but was disapointed to see that nearly all of the exhibits appeared to be replicas, only one was definetly reak.

Hello traveler, there is not a planetarium in the museum but the Clark Planetarium is at the Gateway downtown Salt Lake Just search online by name and you can get more information including shows and activities.
