This is a wonderful place to hangout, relax, get informed, and exercise. Yes, the sidewalk that winds up from the plaza to the library's rooftop is a great walk with a beautiful vista and a rooftop garden to enjoy. I loved this place and if a resident here, would be visiting the downtown library several times weekly.

This is a great public library, and there are also a number of shops in the atrium. I love the light and space in this library, as well as the cozy reading areas.

This is an awesome thing to do in Salt Lake City. The library is massive, with a bunch of little shops inside, and the roof has amazing panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains!

The library is a treasure that has exhibits, speaker as well as books, newspapers and magazines. I have used the library since my children were little. Now my grandchildren are finding books and loving this place.

Good kids section. They will get the items for you through interlibrary loan, if they don't have it.

Dropped here for a restroom in 2012.. Great library, excess books for cheap (or free) sale. Great place for a break.

It's a very striking building - inside and out. If you have spare time, it's worth popping in for a visit.
