nice exhibits to keep the whole family entertained. Nice variety, but too spread out. Easy to get through. REcommed stopping when in teh area.

You should know that the hands on "Science" museum is great for kids 6 and under. Older kids will probably be bored. We visited on a Tuesday and a lot of exhibits were not available and that was disappointing. This is 90% museum and 10%...More

Not as big as some of the bigger city museums, but it has been updated . Lots of interactive things for the kids to do. Plan to spend a few hours here.

You can also walk down to the seawall to picnic, watch the birds and water and ships.

General admission-adults are 9.00, kids 3-12 are 7.00, 2 and under are free. Military with id are 4.50! Seniors are 7.00!!! Great fun. Members are free. 361-826-4667.
