You can't stay here any more, but it is neat to see some of the history of this area come to life. You can still visit the inn, which is recommended. Great views surrounding the inn as well. Worth visiting while here!

We stopped in to see this old inn. Very cool place to walk through. There was a very sweet lady park ranger there, who was so informative. It is a must see, if in this part of the country. Beautiful overlook of the Painted Desert.

The exhibit is really interesting and staff very friendly. Check out the painted ceiling and the mountain lion petroglyph! We really enjoyed the replica of the old school diner that used to operate here. There is an ice cream shop downstairs; ice cream is delicious...More
