We weren't clock watching but spent a number of hours in the gardens, which were fabulous - wouldn't have wanted to miss any part. The bugs were great, but the butterfly exhibit was being refurbished. We thought we would have a quick sit down, drink...More

Two seniors and two teenagers and we all enjoyed the gardens and the aquarium. We stayed for about four hours and still did not cover the full gardens.

The Biological Park seems to be part of the Botanic Garden, both of which are adjacent to the Aquarium. There’s much construction throughout this complex of hundreds of acres along the east bank of Rio Grande. An improved Butterfly Garden will be open next year,...More

This is a lovely and modern zoo. The animals appear healthy and well cared for, and the exhibits are modern. However, there is currently a LOT of construction happening on the property, which means that many of the animals were "off exhibit". Just a little...More

We visited the Botanical garden and aquarium. Both are nice and I can see why they are top rated attractions in Albuquerque. Having just visited Denver's Botanical garden, this one can't quite compete but a nice place to visit overall.

30-45 minutes in the Aquarium, which is the main attraction. You'll see plenty of fish here, bass and trout, which you can see and eat at most restaurants. You're tired by the gardens, and then you leave.

Had a great relaxing time. Nice little walk, not long at all and not much to see other than greenery. I still recommend the experience.

We were lucky enough to go on a half price weekend. We started about 10:30 am on a Saturday morning and stayed about 4 hours. Our youngest was 20 months old and she loved seeing all the animals. The park is clean and the staff...More

Depends on whether a NM resident or not. $9 for a single attraction for adults $12.50 if not a NM resident for a single attraction.

There is not a hotel at the botanical gardens. So, not sure what hotel you're talking about, but Albuquerque does have a pretty good bus system.
