Took my son to run in a indoors track meet. The place had a great set up for all events. Had cover charge but was real cheap. Parking was hard to find since the Comic Con was going on at the same time but overall it was a great experience for my son

Good place for a convention or sports. Otherwise, I wasn't impressed. It's a BIG Gym. Don't know what else to say.

ABQ Convention Center is nice. I personally think there should have been more seating available. Far to many had to stand before and during the rally. The "snack bars" were welcomed but pricey for the quality and selection. The rally itself was great and an enjoyable experience except for the violent protesters. The rioters were not handled the way they... More

National sales meeting was held here. A number of rooms and room configurations made this venue a very versatile location for every need encountered. Friendly, attentive staff. Meals prepared for our event were well cooked, seasoned and presented with a wide variety of palates accommodated.

Very nice facility but not so sure about having Exhibit Halls separated by a street crossing with minimal signage to indicate there is a skywalk on upper level. Was really disappointed at this event to find that a Canadian Drivers Licence would not permit access to any test drives( I was there at the opening hour and was told three... More

The transformation and renovation over the past year is truly remarkable... As a guest and tourist I have had the pleasure to see this first hand! The mgrs. jose' garcia and damian lopez gaston have done a excellent job with the Civic Plaza presents that brings food trucks every week to the plaza, movie nights, festivals and this years new... While hosting conferences upstairs and a full indoor masters track & field meet on the lower level, this facility is able to accomplish it all at the same time. The walls are adorned with art work in turquoise and the likes, it's just beautiful.

Parking garage gate would not raise. Their website is officially the Albuquerque Convention and Visitor Center. The Visitor Center is across the street in the sixth floor of the Galleria Tower and it's a room about as big as my kitchen with helpful people but only one little rack of informational brochures. Not even a map on the wall. Embarrassing.

Very large convention venue with upstairs & downstairs. Easy access from the parking garage. However, the parking garage is a little tricky with their ticket machines. You can get stuck in there when the machines go down, but the last two times they have put the parking attendents back in the booths. Much better now.

This place used to be very outdated and dark. Now it looks so much better with increased natural lighting and the interior has a more pleasant modern feel. It does need another hotel close by to really complete the out of town convention experience imho. Overall, much better than it was.
