Went in for a tasting, was referred by a friend, the young man serving, believe his name is Jesse, was more interested in eating a chicken than taking care of customers. To pay over $12 for a bottle of New Mexico wine is ludicrous, they must think this is Napa Valley. Grounds are poorly maintained, just look at the windows... More

I love this winery. The tasting is $8 or $10 depending on what you choose, and they give you a good amount of wines to taste for that price. The grounds are small but beautiful. I love sitting outside while having a glass of wine. Location is great as well. Will return over and over.

The site and building was nice to visit but I've had better wines. We mistaking bought a sparkling wine that we didn't like during the tasting. Mistake of the one running the tasting. Most wines were very dry and the white sweet were too sweet. I guess to each his/her own.

Hi Diane, thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize that you did not receive the correct wine and if you would like to come by, we would be happy to exchange it for the wine you wanted. I am a little confused, however, because Casa Rondeña Winery has never produced a sparkling wine. We do not even have... More

Went there based on review and we are glad we did. The place is located in residential area but when you take a look at the properties around it, it's not so out of place. The wines there are very nice. The people and friendly and interesting to talk to. You and do a tasting or just purchase and glass... More

This. This is one of those places that have you feeling like you stepped through a time portal and ended up in some other part of the country (or world for that matter). Driving up, you can literally feel your soul exhale. The setting is so dreamy....vineyard rows upon rows, stone buildings, greenery. What a beautiful place to sit and... More

The appearance is amazing and the buildings are beautiful. However the vines at this location only make up 2 % of the actual grapes used in making their wines. If you want to see the actual vines you need to drive south to Deming. The service was very unprofessional. We did a wine tasting and the man helping us didn't... More

Ok. Who is this bozo saying there is a great winery in New Mexico? Is he nuts? I'm a San Diego resident whose palate has been refined in Italy, California's wine country, France's Loire valley, and Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe in Baja. Casa Rondena's wines - the 1629 and their Syrah in particular - would hold up well almost anywhere.... More
