I visited the museum with friends, it was very informative and the team of volunteers very friendly. The gift shop has something for each family member age.

Everything you ever wanted to know about balloons..! Lots of information and exhibits to keep you interested. A fun 4D film - although I wish it was more about ballooning than flying. Nicely stocked shop.

The museum consists of history, actual balloons used, literature, many displays with pins, news articles, and a fabulous tour guide. The souvenir shop is reasonable, with a nice variety and the staff are hel[ful.
