I booked a trip through Lost Outfitters recently and had a wonderful day out on the water! I had fly fished before but Bryan, my guide worked with me on casting, reading the water and ended up putting me on the biggest fish I’ve ever caught! It was a beautiful day with gorgeous views. I will be calling Lost Outfitters for my next trip!…

My family had a great fishing/hiking trip with Bryan in RMNP. He made the six hours fly with lots of fishing action and beautiful scenery. Our bonus was a moose siting and seeing the “purple mountains majesty” at dawn. Can’t wait to come back!

We booked a 6 hour fly fishing trip with Rod. We had never fly fished before. Booking online and communication with Bryan was easy and informative. We asked for a scenic trip and were able to do exactly what we imagined! Beautiful water and beautiful Mountain Views. Things to know: Bryan was great for booking and information Rod was a great guide! He was very patient and did a great job to keep 4 fishing adults happy the whole time! The 6 hour trip provided a short sandwich lunch- so that you maximize your fishing time- we sat at a picnic table in the park. We went into the national park- if you don’t ride with your guide, you will have to buy a day pass- so bring your annual pass if you have one You will need one day fishing licenses- we got ours quickly at the Denver Outdoor World or you can get online. Lost outfitters provides waders, shoes, rods, flies, and all that you need. - the wader “socks” go inside your boots, so you May want to ask about the need to “size up” to fit the “sock” in with your foot You will need polarized sunglasses to be able to easily look at the water and you will need sunscreen You May want to bring a waterproof phone cover Lost outfitters brought water for us We felt that the 6 hour trip was the perfect time- time to learn, time to fish, time to sightsee- we walked maybe a little over a mile - walking to the river and then walking back to truck There were a couple of bathroom stops during our trip We would definitely recommend and would like to go again!!! …

My wife set us up a last minute fly fishing trip with Lost Outfitter. We were set up to go with Cole Howard due to Bryan having a trip booked. The trip was just as their mission statement up in the title of my review. Cole was all about the client having an enjoyable time fly fishing. It was our first time and he was very patient and explained the process very well to a very tricky way to fish. It was important to him to show us a great time and to make sure the trip was about us and not him. After finishing the trip Cole wasn’t a guide to us, he became a friend. We will definitely use Lost Outfitters the next time we visit. On the way back to our cabin while still in Rocky Mountain Park people had spotted Elk to watch. Cole could have continued to drop us off but he made a u turn to find a parking spot so we could get out and take pictures. He didn’t have to do that. Our experience to see this was important to him. What a great time and first experience. Fishing was slow but Cole made up for it by showing us some really great scenery. The fishing equipment used was in great shape and working order. Use Lost Outfitters for your next Fly Fishing adventure.…

My family hiked Longs Peak on 8/7/19 - we used Lost Outfitters and were very pleased. Our guide was Dan and he was outstanding. His knowledge of the mountain, encouragement, focus on safety and patience were great. He got all four of us to the summit (ages 52 to 14) and was great to be with. Offered helpful tips while keeping us motivated the entire 12 hour trip; even brought sandwiches, snacks, and extra water for us all! Would highly recommend his service. …
