Wonderful and very friendly staff. They were extremely helpful on the course and even gave some great advise on other things to do in Estes Park too. My kids loved this place and it was a highlight from our recent trip to Colorado. HIghly recommend.

I bought a Groupon for the family so that my boys (3 sons and a boyfriend) can go play. My oldest son's girlfriend joined us too. When we first drove up, the park looked compact and I was wondering how crowded it would be and if we would be entertained for an hour. Don't let the compact size of the park sway your thinking on adventure because you will definitely have fun and be entertained for over an hour. After checking in and signing waivers, they get you all settled into your harnesses which go over your shoulders, cinch at your waist, and go around each thigh. Once you get all in, you feel super secure. They went on to teach us how to wear our helmets properly and demonstrated how to clip onto the line and how to recover if you lose your footing before you even go up the ladder. There are 2 levels of obstacles and a multitude of obstacles. We had such a good time and you work your core to keep balanced on the obstacles. And because they weren't busy for the next session after us, they offered us to stay longer than our session. Our middle son played for 2 hours before we recalled him lol…
