The historic Columbus Theatre originally opened in 1926, showcasing a mix of vaudeville, silent films and newsreels. Since 2012, it has become the premiere venue in Providence for live music, comedy, film screenings and theater performances.

Came here during NecronomiCon-Providence for the Dunwich Horror Picture Show which was very fun with crowd-participation and go-go dancing Cthulhus. I was very impressed with the theatre's beautiful original detail. I could picture HP Lovecraft watching a movie here back in the day. What a...More

Great neighborhood venue for unique live events and films. No bad seats in the house in this 800 seat theater. Out seats in the balcony were great for the performance we saw. Great architecture in the the theater build in 1926. Parking is on-street parking.
