We had friends from out of town staying over for the weekend and we got hit with six inches of wet heavy snow. The roads were clear so we decided to take them to the Planting Fields. The large ornate Gatsby-era greenhouses were a tonic!...More

I visited the Arboretum in the winter, when it was poinsettia and camellia season. What a lovely way to spend time just walking the grounds and enjoying a peaceful time. Don't miss the greenhouses, which have breath-taking arrays of flowers and plants.

This is my second year going to Planting Fields Arboretum during the Christmas season and it certainly didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is so quiet and breathtakingly beautiful.

Great Coe house with lots of good paintings, great Gold Coast house. Gardens really nice in the fall. Wish we could have spent more time here but the kids had had enough.
