Relaxed on the patio and watched the masters tournament. Friendly and attentive staff. Jumped in the golf cart with a bucket of balls and headed over to the range. As it was close to calling it a day- took a quick ride to take in some views of the well manicured and lush green first nine holes and then headed... More

I usually do not love playing in the afternoon, but here I prefer it. It is very cheap, $24 for 9 after 3:00 or so, which is cheaper at that time than the poor conditioned city courses. The afternoon sun shines on the mountains to create a beautiful setting. The course itself was in great conditions. Lush fairways, perfect speed... More

Very challenging and beautiful golf course. It has an inviting and hope-filled front nine but a grueling back nine. Fortunately, there are two somewhat helpful finishing holes. All in all, it's a fair and fun test of golf skills. The desert setting with the terrific views of the Santa Catalina Mountains is incomparable.

This course is absolutely beautiful, and not at all tricky. There are carries on nearly every hole, especially off the tee. For women, the longest carry is about 100-125 yards. Lots of wonderful landscaping. Greens were immaculate. Very nice staff, good pace. Everything I like in a course. Highly recommended.

From their low point a few years back they are definitely back. The fairways and greens have never been better. They've cleaned up the scrub to speed up play and set up forward 'purple' tees for ladies on some of the impossible holes where you have to carry 150yds? over scrub to hit the fairway. The place is friendly and... More

Weiskopf Moorish design -One of the two best Arizona desert courses (the other is Desert Forest, Carefree Az). Staff was great, enjoyed the patio post game, pace of play great (4 hours), course condition and greens excellent. Very well run.

We found this place quite by accident when we were looking for a lunch place. Our GPS showed us the location and off we went. Once there, we found a beautiful, covered pavilion overlooking a beautiful golf course. Since we're not golfers, we can only speak to the wait staff, food offerings and surroundings....all top notch. We were so impressed... More

Two of us played 18 holes. There is a lot of desert on this course, especially off the tee box, so be ready to drive long & straight. The penalty is LOST balls in the desert, and trust me, you will lose balls. Fairways & greens well tended. Beautiful course layout, nice views. VERY friendly staff. Great clubhouse & outdoor... Fast, firm greens. Very friendly staff. Great views of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains. Overall terrific conditions. No GPS on carts, so bring your own. Good value. Re-round rate was only $20. So nice, and such a good deal, I played 18 two days, and 36 two more days in a week. Food was also a great deal, and the... More
