Small store. Nothing special about its claim to oldest candy shop. If you live in any major city or populated suburb you will find similar candy..... mostly chocolates and fudge. If your a chocolate lover or near the House of Seven Gables give a visit.

Cute little store with great history. Candy was yummy. Service was good-very friendly! Prices seemed a little high, though.

The woman working here during my visit is a gem, she was sweet, funny, and friendly. Lots of sweets to drool over, from classics to novelty items. No sweet tooth should be deprived!

It's expensive here but I only buy the candies that are specialties - the old fashioned hard candies like sassafras slugs, molasses cuts, horehound squares, blackjacks, gibralters, and old time barley sugar lollipops. I've had the fudge which is good but $13/lb is double what...More

Historic shop - America's oldest candy companie. Great choice of candy as you'd expect, but very pricey for what you get and felt like they were taking advantage of their history. Worth a quick visit but not worth buying anything
