The Paseo del Rio is San Antonio's favorite attraction. You can shop, dine, lounge in a cafe, or simply stroll along and let the strumming mariachi soothe your spirit.

My opinion the highlight of downtown! It goes all around the downtown area and you pass by all the restaurants. Very quaint. Enjoyed every minute. You will encounter some homeless, but overall worth the trip around! Stop and see restaurants as you get around.
