We rode the hop on hop off bus in 100+ degree weather with no ac. It was very uncomfortable but the driver made the best of our tour. I cannot complain because Josh was on that bus all day long, and not once did he...More

Felt it was very high priced for what we got. What we got was a very very Hot bus with no air on a day that was 102, a driver/guide that was trying to be funny but not, stops that had no attractions and no...More

I was attending a convention in San Antonio and we decided that we do some sightseeing using the City Sightseeing San Antonio Double-Decker Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. They advertise that they are air conditioned. Air conditioned must mean something different in Texas because it was cooler...More

This package gave us a great overview of the city. The bus tour helped us get our bearings around the town. It takes about an hour to make a full loop so I'd recommend making the full loop and then using it for the hop...More

The bus was pretty hot, air-conditioning not working well, summer hell, pick your car and check all the places you want by yourself, most of the stops were visiting non-interesting places, and a driver was rude at a passenger, so not a good deal at...More

Perhaps not all bus drivers/tour guides are this bad but we had the worst driver ever. Constantly making stupid remarks about how much beer to drink and silly jokes. Some of the stops were in areas that looked deserted. We purchased a two day pass...More

We enjoyed our two drivers TC and Robert B. They made the ride fun! Yes it was hot on and off the bus, but its July and we are from South Louisiana so we were used to it! Beats walking and getting lost anyday!

The 20 minutes between busses is an exaggeration as is the advertised air conditioning. You will sit on the bus at the Alamo and sweat until they fill the bus. Were looking for interesting information about the city but sadly not too much of that.More

Thank you for your review. Our buses do stay at the Alamo Plaza starting location for about 20 minutes to wait for riders and provide spacing for the other buses on the route. We will pass your comment about our narrative along to our Operations...More

The temperature was 100 degrees or warmer today so we thought we would take the double deck City Bus Tour instead of walking. The cost for 2 of us with the discount was $67.70. It is $75 for 2 without the discount. Bottom Line, all...More
