Lots of restaurants and stores along the road and indoors. Vendors selling lots of Mexican knick knacks. Cheap vanilla to be had inside and it's air conditioned. Bathrooms also inside.

Maybe in the outside area but definitely not on the inside unless they are a service animal. I would not recommend it.
