Some of my favorite memories from trips around the world come back to me when I wear jewelry brought back from those places. I just added exquisite earrings from this gallery to my travel memories collection. They are in the same fine arts league as those from Barcelona, Paris, and Florence. The gallery's current show, Art of the Earring, runs... More

Wow, thank you for your review. The gallery has works hard to represent unique contemporary works by Pacific Northwest artists. This particular show, The Art of the Earring is wonderful to see as it represents the diversity in the world of jewelery. The juried show features members of the Seattle Metals Guild. The variety of materials used to create earrings... More

This gallery is amazing. So many gorgeous pieces of art to choose from. I loved the jewelry. Unique pieces you won't find everyone else wearing. Ruth, the owner is so helpful. I will definitely be going back for both the art and the experience of such a wonderful gallery.

This Gallery features Tim Schumm. This artist is so powerful. Art is very personal and unique, but a Gallery who can feature artist of such talent says a lot.

Ah Tim Schumm, amazing Canadian artist the gallery has been showing for 27 years. He paints very colorful, energetic paintings of the Pacific Northwest. Truly wonderful. So glad you knew his work, and now are aware that WaterWorks Gallery represents this artist. Remember to check the gallery's website for the paintings of Tim Schumm. Best More

Ruth is a connoisseur and a professional and she knows how to choose artists that will intrigue and inspire. I attended an opening the other night and was impressed with the quality of the art and the number of pieces and artists represented in such a small space. Perfectly choreographed, the show seemed to be a huge success with many... More

Last month a group of friends and I visited WaterWorks Gallery for the first time. We were all impressed with the diverse selection of art, sculpture and jewelry. Chatting with the owner was fun and informative, not only for her gallery but for directing us to a wonderful lunch spot. We did not leave empty handed and will certainly go... More

WaterWorks Gallery has been able to collect some of the very best artists in the Northwest over the past 20+ years in all mediums. Worth a visit to see some serious fine art. Lots of great stuff tucked away, but all catalogued on the website.

Thank you for your visit. The gallery is now 30 years old, and as I am the curator and director, I strive to find work that has excellent technique and technique and the artist has a strong voice and biography. And in my point of view has something to say; or share; or evoke; whether the artwork is landscape, narrative... More

Waterworks Gallery offers a continually changing collection of some of the region's best art. We've been visiting every time we've come to San Juan Island for the past seven years. We just moved there and still visit regularly.

Thanks for mentioning the gallerys bronzes by Georgia Gerber and Barabara Duzan. They are all beautiful, each artist does a great job of being respectfull of the animal, while giving the sculpture, the emotional attributes of that creature. This is why we love ... The gallery does offer packing and shipping services for these sculptures worldwide, even to New Zealand.... More

The gallery owner is thoroughly familiar with the artists she represents, and is really fun to talk with. Her space is open, well-lit, and not distractingly overcrowded; each piece of art is given room to shine.
