This really is Santa Fe. We loved wandering around the Plaza and going in and out of the shops surrounding it. We easilly could walk the short block from the hotel so we spent a good bit of time in the Plaza and around it.

Great vibe about the plaza. Lotsa touristy stuff, but a great place to people watch. Busy! Returned late night to find the plaza a quieter, romantic atmosphere.

The Plaza is just a Plaza. It's a nice small area where you can sit on park benches under the trees. We didn't spend much time here except to walk through; it's about all you can do there but around the Plaza on all sides...More

Stay down below at the Hotel Sante Fe and take their shuttle to the plaza, or take the 12 minujte walk.

Good for shopping, other than that the plaza is mediocre compared to even Albuquerque, let alone any plaza in any decent Latin American city. It misses all the usual ingredients, like a cathedral and even the covered mercado (where you can shop in the shade)...More

Nice place to walk around and take in some galleries. Some of the town's awesome restaurants (including Cafe Pascual's) are nearby. But overall, the plaza itself is nothing spectacular; I have seen better, in other US cities.

A charming location full of character and characters,. Best enjoyed in the evening after the crowds have dissipated.

Santa Fe plaza and associated shopping is highly rated, and I can see why. A lot of reasonably high end shops, and a range of restaurants at all price levels. We enjoyed our stay, but I felt the area was a little pretentious. Somehow it...More

Shopping Galore So much your eyes will be swimming and so much to select from. A variety is the understatement. Parking is tough but do allow time to take it all in. History is what it is all about. So yes please come on down...More
