We used Santa Fe Climbing to go on a guided climb. The set up process went smoothly and we were taken out by Dan. Dan was a superb climbing instructor and a great guy. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a guided climbing experience in the New Mexico Area.

I've seen everything from 5 or 6 year old kids to people in their late seventies climbing here. Andre, the owner makes sure it is very kid friendly.

Today (October 8, 2016) the gym opened at the new location and I had the good fortune to climb on the opening day. Compared to the older location the new gym has more routes and a dedicated kids area. The staff are extremely friendly and would welcome a beginning climber as well an experienced one with equal ease. If you... More

We were in Santa Fe for 2 nights only, we discovered this gym and I brought my 5 year old daughter. We showed up as soon as they opened at 9AM. The owner was very nice and my daughter was climbing in no time. She really enjoyed it especially the bouldering wall. Other people working there also were extremely nice... More

Very friendly and knowledgeable gym. They have walls for all different levels of difficulty. Other climbers very friendly and gave the kids tips. Prices a little hig but was worth it to see how much fun the kids had. They will be talking about this experience for a long time. They are already trying to convince us to stop again... More

Took my two sons there for an afternoon of fun. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Got both boys climbing and excelling very quickly. Very family friendly. Would absolutely recommend it and will go again when we come back.

During our vacation to Santa Fe, my family and I discovered the Santa Fe climbing gym. On the first day, we climbed as a family for a few hours at the gym. The staff was friendly and helpful as this was our first rock climbing experience. The next day, my son participated in the kids camp and instantly found there.... More

My two boys have been doing summer camp here since they were 4 and 5. The week long camps are their favorite of all the ones they have tried. Challenging, fun, inside days, outside at different climbing spots in the region days - they come home tired and happy. They have an after school program for kids too.

This is our local gym here in Santa Fe. It's much smaller than gyms in bigger cities (Albuquerque, Denver, Tucson, etc.) but there is something for everyone. The rope room has climbs from 5.6 up through 5.12d. There is a lead-only wall that offers overhanging routes at 5.9 and up, and the other walls offer top-rope or leading. They recently... More

For about $35 my two kids climbed up rock walls and challenged themselves into sheer exhaustion. Indoor rock climbing is kind of a strange concept to me, but it was really great! After about an hour my kids were toast and it was time to head home. You don't need to bring anything other than your wallet and sense of... More
