My husband and I were curious about the famous green chili from Santa Fe, being from Texas our chili is quite different! We enjoyed the class and are ready to show our friends our new skills.

We enjoy our class. We did one of the special classes where there is no hands on - just watching but it was educational and fun and the food great too.

Yes. They give you a printed pamphlet with the recipes in it and space to take notes. This class was great.
