From Start to Finish, we were treated like Royalty....our Tour Guide, Carlos Zozaya, makes sure of that! His knowledge of the Santa Fe area's History added that special little perk, that many guests from out of town & locals a like, can "learn" from. While walking to each restaurant that he has selected for the evening, we introduced to local... More

We started off our visit to Santa Fe by signing up with Food Tour New Mexico for a tour of a number of the very good restaurants in the immediate area of the main square. The tour combined food/wine tastings at about four restaurants plus one of the local food shops. The dishes served were very tasty and we enjoyed... More

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Carlos, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable of the history of Santa Fe as well as the cuisine we experienced at each stop. The food, atmosphere and service at each establishment was fantastic! We were never rushed and were entertained along the way by Carlos. It was a great experience and should... More

We are from Albuquerque and thought we knew great restaurants in Santa Fe. We were thrilled to be introduced to restaurants we had not visited before. Our tour was suppose to be 2 1/2 hrs but lasted 4 hours. Carlos was so knowledgeable with the history of the plaza and many buildings surrounding the plaza. What a great guide. He... More

The 3 hr walking, food and drink tasting tour was phenomenal. We met at the corner of the Santa Fe Plaza and was greeted by Chef Carlos who shared his passion for New Mexico and the local cuisine. We walked to multiple destinations where we were given a historical brief and taste of the local culinary creations. To walk the... More

Very short walk..mostly around the square. This was perfect for us to do since we had our baby with us. I enjoyed that we went to some of the oldest places in town and got to try the dishes they were most known for. I also enjoyed learning about the 'green chili' thing in New Mexico. Our guide was very... More

Carlos was wonderful but we would not recommend your tour. $125 was much too expensive for what we had when your very high end foodie choices were not our preference. There was nothing on the menu that I would have chosen to eat and the portions except for the mushrooms and dessert were tiny. I personally don't care how awarded... More

Had a TON of fun on a leisurely 2.5 hour lunch tour of downtown Santa Fe. As others have written, Carlos is an outstanding culinary ambassador for the city. As a former (and probably future) chef in Santa Fe, he explained each stop's cuisine in detail. I had the good fortune of having a few foodies along who got into... More

Reserved the Taste of Santa Fe Lunch Tour with Carlos, and we were really pleased! He is very knowledgable, and the tour is nicely paced. This is a tour which you should take when you first arrive in Santa Fe, as you visit and taste at least 3 fine restaurants, and a couple of specialty shops. You get to mingle... More
