Ten Thousand Waves is inspired by the great Japanese mountain hot spring resorts. Ten minutes from downtown Santa Fe, but only minutes from the National Forest, there is nothing quite like this on the North American continent. Among piñons and junipers are beautiful outdoor hot tubs and spa suites, world-class bodywork & skin care, and the amazing izanami restaurant. For a lucky few, it is the closest lodging to the Santa Fe Ski area.

Everything about Ten Thousand Waves is wonderful, from the natural woodland setting, to the relaxing baths, to the amazingly talented therapists. The massage treatments are the best I've encountered anywhere, particularly the Japanese shiatsu and the Thai massage. I also love the ashi anma foot...More

Women! Treat yourself to the communal pool. It was a highlight of my visit. What could be better than a hot tub under the big Santa Fe sky? Highly recommended!

this is not my favorite place! It is over priced and not that good! The womens tub is too hot for me , and there is not enough options

This was our second massage here. The atmosphere is quite relaxing and the massages that my wife and I received were great. It is a must stop when in Santa Fe.

On the way to the ski area found this gem. A Japanese bath house and spa you must experience. Built around the landscape rather then landscaping around it. Clearly a place of zen. If relaxation is what your looking for, look no further.

Bravo chef Kiki- everything was wonderful. Thanks for a great night out with my significant other. We had the recommended sake flight which was enlightening. We had massages and the pools also . Exquisite!

Glad you had an excellent time! We now have fish night every Wednesday (sometimes this might include oysters!) We don't put seafood on the menu because we like to run out every night--assuring you of the absolutely freshest treats from the sea

Loved the big communal hot spa, grounds are very authentic and peaceful, very quiet place set in the mountains.
