We bring our kids here every year for their story time with Mrs. Claus. This year was wonderful. The staff is always so warm and inviting and they are happy to show you the mansion and talk to you about the rich history. We love coming here. If you are in Flagstaff, I highly recommend coming to the mansion. It's... More

We like the Arts and Crafts movement so we enjoyed this place very much. We got there in between tour groups so a wonderful lady stepped up and gave my wife and I a private walk through. What a treat. I would advise anyone going to Flagstaff to make time to see this place. The history and furnishing are well... More

We visited the Riordan Mansion January of 2017. The tour was very informative and provided some interesting background on some of the early settlers of Flagstaff. The tour through the mansion is a guided tour that lasts about an hour, with some time at the end of the tour for browsing through the "museum" side of the home. When we... More

Not a mansion but nice modest large home for pioneers with lots of history. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

We just finished the tour of the Riordan Historic Mansion (tour duration: 45 -60 minutes) and we were extremely impressed. The $10 tour fee goes toward the preservation and maintenance of the mansion and grounds. It was totally worth every dollar. The park doesn't get any funding from the state so every visitor matters to the continued survival of this... More

I found myself cooling my heels in Flagstaff here to spend a few hours. Thinking I was going to the state park I went to exercise and take him some nature. This is basically a house and a parking lot. They are closed more than they are open and there's no real nature to see. This must be someone's gift... More

Riordan mansion is an amazing piece of history. The architecture, decor including deer head mounted in dining room Charlotte and staff knowledgeable and friendly. Tour worth the $10.

I'm so glad there are volunteers who keep this house open - we had an excellent guide to walk our group through the house. He gave us ample time to see each room and answered all our questions. The rooms are furnished so you can really get a feel for how this wealthy family lived. Take the time to do... More
