I started at Easton Beach. The first part of the Cliff Walk is paved, but there are hills. I ended my walk before you get to the rough part, but from my tours at the mansions, I could see that the last part is full...More

Highly recommended to do the whole walk and walk back to mid-town along Bellevue Avenue to see all the massive, incredible mansions. Prepare to take many photos on your way.

The Cliff walk is pure joy. Beautiful ocean and rocks to the left, amazing mansions to the right, good exercise and nothing better on a day with good weather.

It's a long walk but well worth it if just for the views alone, never mind the fabulous mansions. It is so typically Rhode island, that if visiting this area, it must go on any tourist's list of things to do.
