This place was kind of cool but also kind of a mess at the same time. It seemed there was maintenance stuff stashed everywhere. I guess it could be the time of year we were there. They may keep things tidier in the busy season.

Just loved it! Walks through the fort, along the seafront and beyond. Nice gifts are available but make sure you get there before closing time

Take the guided tour of Ft Adams if you enjoy naval history. Never used in war, this fort was an engineering marvel. The surrounding park is a great place to walk.
