The aquarium is very nice and has a plentiful amount of different species of animals. It is very clean and the staff is great. It is just not a large place. We looked at every single thing there and the gift shop and it took...More

We took our 1,3,8,12 year olds to the aquarium while on our holidays. Reading reviews we knew it wasn’t too large but thought we might aswell see it while we are here. Boy was that a mistake. Paying $60usd to gain entry, all we saw...More

This place is very small and can be seen in 30-45 minutes. The cost was only $12 each but left wishing for more. The exhibits that were there were great and displayed the oceans inhabitants very well. Hope they add on in the future.

This isn't a huge venue and we were in and out within 45 min. It would have been nice had they had a sign outside that informed you the seals were not available at the time of our visit. Well taken care of and didn't...More

The aquarium is located inside trailer type buildings. The exhibits were personal fish tank sized for the most part. Terribly underwhelming. I finished it in under 30-minutes. I wished I had taken the dolphin watching excursion offered by my hotel instead.

A small aquarium with lots of information and exhibits. An excellent way to spend a relatively short amount of time.

Arrived at the aquarium at about 4pm on a weekday afternoon. It is a short walk from the east end of Kuhio beach. Went in the afternoon because of a rainstorm, so we were looking for an indoor activity. Staff took a photo of us...More

The very friendly welcome by the staff set the scene for a most enjoyable visit. Although a smaller aquarium complex, it is attractively and professionally laid out. The exhibits are easily viewed by adults and children. There are some excellent reef displays with a wide...More

The aquarium is very very small and the majority of exhibits are indoor fish tanks, wouldn’t take anymore than 1 hour to complete. The monk seal enclosure was closed due to renovations, however no work was taking place the day I was there. No idea...More

Quite a small Aquarium, but priced accordingly, don't expect to spend more than an hour looking about

Our toddler only lasted about an hour, but you may stay longer if your kids are older/more engaged - unlikely you'll spend more than 3 hours I would think.

No sea turtles at Waikiki Aquarium. We did do the turtle tour with Holokai Catamaran, highly recommended and not overly expensive.

No sea turtles or an larger sea animal exhibits because the aquarium is quite small. If you want to see sea turtles in the ocean and lots of other great stuff book a tour with Tourguide Cliff for a full island tour that... More
