The tropical gardens at the Lyon Arboretum are superb. Take the meandering path around the gardens to see beautiful exotic flowers and plants. Take some water as it will be hot and humid walking round. Its $5 and well worth it.

Hidden gem on Oahu if you are a plant person or like casual hiking with native and imported flora . Part of the University of Hawaii system great for kids . Chance of rain very high plan for it .

In May. there are sections in which you need spray, we had to return back to get spray.
