Opened on August 25, 2016, International Market Place features approximately 75 retailers and Hawaii's first Saks Fifth Avenue. The Grand Lāna'i at International Market Place offers outdoor seating at chef-driven signature restaurant. The history and culture of Waikīkī and its people are woven throughout the architecture of International Market Place with its flowing water features, lush landscaping and iconic banyan tree that is more than a century old.

There is nothing international about the international market place... I am so disappointed and disgusted that this place has turned into a mall. I miss the Auntie's stringing leis or cousin carving hawaiian tiki statues . I miss the true international flair it had back...More

I miss Waikiki. And I missed this mall. So sad. Now It just like what you see on the streets outside the mall. Expensive high end clothing and jewelry stores. Expensive restaurants with chic limited menus. Lots of bewildered tourists wandering around. The only thing...More

Market has turned into a high end market for the rich. Not the place it used to be. For the somewhat original flair, go to Duke's Lane instead, a. block or so away.

If you are looking for a specific name brand product, this is the place. You won't be disappointment with the parade of high end merchandise. However, there is a lack of variety in merchandise. As a tourist, I was seeking local, authentic products. Now, if...More

The newly designed and renovated International Market Place is, in my opinion, very well done. Amid all the high rise buildings in Waikiki, it is a very pleasing collection of retail and food establishments. Parking was very well thought out and the layout is not...More

We stayed next door at the Marriott Laylow hotel. The "mall' had your usual mainland stores like Saks, Banana Republic, but it shined in places to eat. At street level on Kuhio is Michael Mina's "The Street" which was an eclectic upscale food court with...More

To me it was just another mall that had high end stores geared for those with mass amounts of disposable income. Parking is outrageous. Ended up there twice as we were staying within mere feet of the place. Needed a Harley tee as a gift...More

Awesome variety of shops, all with that sweet Hawaiian Air as you enter and exit... A lot of happy hour deals on apps and drinks to be found.

The planners were smart in figuring out how to save the iconic banyan tree and several tall coco palms from the old funky International Market Place, which locals and long-time visitors will appreciate. All of the shops are new and mostly upscale. They also offer...More

We've noticed the transformation of the old International Market Place to the new one today over the last 2 years. What a beautiful transformation. A light filled, breezy walk some 200 metres through a colonnade of modern shops and eating houses and cafes. All the name...More

With the exception of the banyan tree, it is just like other malls with trendy stores and restaurants. There are several areas to sit and listen to the Hawaiian music and people watch. There is an alley nearby with many... More

If you mean all the little carts full of wonderful items, just walk a short distance west on Kalakaua Ave from the International Marketplace, to the Holiday Inn Hotel. There is a small street/alley called Dukes Lane. That is... More
