With living in Cincinnati I have visited our Zoo many times. Each time you see something different. The staff at the zoo are top notch and go out of there way to help. The zoo has so many different things to see year around.

Once again the Festival of Lights hit it out of the park. The amazing staff created new exhibits that were nothing short of spectacular!!!! Take your family and experience a wonderful winter wonderland.

I was confused by this too. There is a kiosk right before you get to the entrance that you will pay 19 at but you do t pay the $3 service fee. It's actually a dollar cheaper to pay at the kiosk.
