It was very neat to tour the Taft home as well as the artwork. A lot of the personal Taft collection was on display as well as some donated pieces for the Antique Christmas showcase. Price I thought was reasonable. There is also a cafe on site- we didn't eat there but the menu wasn't very big and a little... More

Nice walking self guided tour of the Taft home. Pricey but a good visit. They had various people stationed through the home to answer questions. Some approached us to see if we wanted to ask anything. Most didn't.

The Taft is spacious and well lit. It is a very nice place to visit if you like the exhibit but this trip the current show is a bit hollow.

This was a great exhibition, with a great audio tour guide. Take your ear buds and download the free app to your phone and you are good to go. For first time visitors the internal entrance to the Museum may not be apparent, you need to walk through the cafe.

If you loved Downton Abbey then their recent costume exhibit at the Taft was definitely worth the visit and membership. I was so impressed with the lovely furnishings; paintings and general atmosphere it was worth becoming a member. This is a first class museum on its own. Make the time to visit them. We also enjoyed afternoon tea which was... More

I did not hate this museum, but it was largely saved by the Dowton Abbey exhibit. They had the costumes from the show and that was the draw for me. I have been spoiled by going to the Frick in NYC, and I thought it would be similar. It was not as great as I hoped it would be. It... More

The Dowton Abbey costume exhibit was great at the Taft Museum. A must see is the Rembrandt! A lovely location in the heart of downtown Cincinnati.

This was my second visit to the Taft, a charming little museum in the heart of Cincy. I made a special trip just for the Downton costume exhibit which was almost as cozy as binge-watching the show itself. The displays ran the gamut from Anna's evening uniform to Sybil's nurse's uniform, to the men's town and country suits and of... More

Took the 5 grandkids here for an outing last summer. They loved seeing the drawings for Carol-Annes Carosel. We had visited Smale Park and the Carosel earlier in the month! BUT the best part was the docent's lecture on Wm Howard Taft! They were rapt by his personality, his contribution to society and to Cincinnati and they knew that he invented... More
