Based off of some of the negative reviews that I saw on here, I called and checked out everything before I arrived pertaining to hours open, costs etc. Luckily for me all of this turned out ok.

The lobby itself is a masterpiece. The old Pogue's department store once spanned much of the lower levels. It's gone now, but the observation deck remains and is well worth the trek up to take in the view of Cincinnati's "Seven Hills."
